Basket Makers


This is a water color done on paper. It was done during my trip to Udaipur. Seems like Basket making is one of the oldest craft forms .It was very interesting and impressive to look at these tribals reflect their art through their lovely work.

    I miss this Padmaja,this is a lovely painting.
    do you carry a sketch book with you?
    the "oil fruits" is about 16x20 inches Padmaja.
