Mirror, mirror..

Acrylic on canvas sized 20'' by 24''

I look in to the mirror, I see my face,
I also see my many faces..
My faces as
a grand daughter, a daughter, a sister,
a wife, a mother..
The person I have been..
The person I could have been..
My inward journey has just begun!

  9. Love this staring in the mirror painting. I paint my self portrait some each year. Each one is unique and not like the other. Like you say, it is revealing of the many sides of one's self. I like the faded profiles you added to accentuate your point, Padmaja!
