The Show

"Waning" 9 by 12 inches, oil on canvas board.
"Veiled" 9by 12 inches oil on canvas board
"At rest" 9by 12 inches oil on canvas board

Inspiration again from the skies that I  watched right from my window!  Hope you enjoy!
Sometimes elegant
Sometimes weak
It reveals itself
night after night
And just before the dawn
I never fail to witness the show
For, it is a gift bestowed!

  6. Ooh Padmaja, I am in awe of your special relationship with the sky... Each of these captures a strong mood so beautifully! My favorite is waning, but wow, these would be so stunning lining a wall, side by side. It's wonderful that the sky speaks to you in such a way!

  10. I particularly like the middle one with its neutral colors and brooding mood. It's a great exercise to show the same scene in different moods and you do it so well.
