Winter and Sunrise

Winter and Sunrise, 16 by 20 inches oil

For me, winter is the time when I contemplate on the year spent and get ready with hope for the new year. Hope, that this winter sunrise promises. Wishing one and all love and peace, a happy year ahead!

  1. Padjama, I want to take a minute to thank you for your comment on my post about the 'Christmas Letter'.. I do feel for you for I have been there. I'm so sorry for your loss, and memories are what we have left. I am blessed to have such good ones.
I replied to your comment on my blog, but as much as we feel that loss, you will always have those memories.
I wish you a Merry Christmas, try to make new memories with those that you love and are still here.
    I send you a hug,
    Barbra Joan

Every day my daughter gets better and better from her stroke this year and my shoulder is feeling better everyday so I want this year over. I will be praying for a wonderful and healthy 2018 for all of us here... Again, this is definitely a beautiful Winter Sunrise.

  8. Love the brightness caused by the Sun.
And yes many parts of the northern hemisphere wish that the Sun would rise and melt the ice.
